Who does my customer see on the package?
You. Fulfillment is blind and white-label: your brand on the packing slip, never ours.
How fast do orders ship?
Most orders are printed, QC'd, packed, and shipped from Houston within 1–3 business days — and you can watch each step live on the production board.
What if a print comes out wrong?
Every piece passes a human QC check before packing. A failed piece is reprinted on the spot — logged defect, no extra charge, no waiting on a support ticket.
Which stores can I connect?
